Clean place with great view of the mountains. A nice size and reasonably priced room, had a really good stay during Christmas vacation. Perfectly comfortable location, not too far from Hohbalmen.

The staff is extremely friendly, efficient, and always smiling. The location is wonderfully situated near a stunning mountain, the ski area, bus station, food stores, and cafes.

The room was modern and romantic, it had a comfortable sofabed and I enjoyed a good night's sleep as it had everything I needed.

The location was marvellous and incredible in a charming area, adjacent to shops and restaurants, the railway station and three main Zermatt ski lifts. Also, Stellisee was set nearby. We had a functional double room with mountain view, capacious balcony, for example. The cost was £ 290.

The location of Elite in Zermatt is fantastic, being conveniently close to the train station, food market, and the center of Zermatt. We enjoyed the pleasant views from the hotel. - Nearby, there is a Country Bar where we could relax.
